How do you screen guests

  • Every guest is ID‑verified and must agree to strict house rules. Neighbour disturbance is minimal and we have a responsive complaints process. We prioritise guests with good history of respectful stays based on their reviews.

How long are your lease terms

  • We offer residential tenancy agreements for 12–36 months depending on your preference. We gain your approval to use the property for short-term rental to ensure compliance with council regulations and body corporate bylaws.

What about if I want to sell the property or move back in?

  • Standard residential agreement notice periods apply. For tenancies longer than 12 months, we can also include a mutually beneficial break clause, ensuring both parties have the flexibility to adapt if circumstances change.
